Song Request System
The song request system works by providing the audience with a list of nearly 200 songs from which they can choose. This extensive list ensures a wide variety of choices, catering to the diverse musical tastes of the audience. It allows for a more personalized experience, as audience members can hear their favorite songs during the show.
To make the process seamless and user-friendly, Glenn has incorporated the use of QR codes. Audience members can simply scan the QR code using their smartphones, which will then direct them to the song list. This eliminates the need for physical song lists or voting systems, making it a more convenient and efficient process.
This unique approach not only enhances the overall concert experience but also fosters a stronger connection between Glenn and his audience. Equipment and Setup
Glenn is entirely self-sufficient in terms of equipment, bringing his microphone and PA system. He is also capable of supplying his own power, eliminating any concerns about power limitations.
- Surface: He needs a clean, dry, hard, level surface to set up on. He cannot set up on dirt or grass.
- Access: He needs to be able to wheel his equipment in. Any place with handicapped access will work.
Weather Restrictions for Outdoor Events
For an outdoor event, there are certain weather restrictions you need to keep in mind. These restrictions apply to the period during which the event will be held and the time to set up. The following are the restrictions:
- Temperature: The temperature should be above 55 degrees Fahrenheit and below 95 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Wind: Wind speed should be less than 20 mph and gusts should be less than 40 mph.
- Rain: The chance of rain should be less than 25%.
